Refund and Cancellation

You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer Support helpline on 0755 352 0711
 
  • More than 24 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
  • 0-24 hours before check-in date: 1-night cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 
Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced bookings may be refunded. Offer bookings cannot be refunded.
